RETURN POLICY
We hope that you are satisfied with all our products you purchase from giftfactory.ecrater.com If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased, we are happy to replace the products with another selection or refund the credit used for its purchased minus a 20% restocking fee within 7 days, starting from date received. If you have received a damaged or depreciated product, please follow the following steps:
1. Report the product at [email protected] with the product code, date purchased and receipt number.
2. Repack the product in its original package with the original receipt, write down 'returned product' with the Shipping Address
